As one of the Credentialing Team Lead, Sirene is responsible for overseeing tasks of the credentialing team and assist the members in their queries about the process. The team helps clients and customers to get contracted and credentialed so that they will get higher reimbursements upon claim and bill filing. To ensure that the team achieves the deadlines set by the clients and customers, Sirene leads the team in organizing the work flow and manages the load to give all team members equal tasks. As a nursing graduate, she ventured into the US Healthcare Industry after passing the nursing exam in 2009 as she believes that she will greatly relate into this field. She hasn't left the industry then and continued to venture into other departments. With 15 years of experience with US Healthcare, she has handled Billing, Collections, Appeals, Authorizations, and Credentialing. During free time, she is a home buddy who likes spending the day with her family, dogs and 6 cats. She recently joined ClinicMind last November 2023 and is looking forward to more years and career growth in this company.
